Two weeks.
June 20, 2009
The past two weeks have been a blur of lactating, napping, and Texas Sheet Cake. Like my friend Lisa said, “The days are long, but the years are short.” I know this is painfully true, so each time Jonah wakes up during the night, I thank the Lord for allowing me to be his mother and I cherish each moment we spend together, even if my tired eyes are trying their best to not roll back into my head. Although I’m weary, I wouldn’t skip through this stage for all the money in the world.
