A couple of days after Thanksgiving, my family gathered once again at my mom’s house, which is on the bay just north of Destin. Shortly after the sun went down, we were in for a real treat. Words don’t even do it justice, so I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

amazingly, I do not miss our old house at all. I love my backyard with trees, flowers, and privacy much more than that view.
